Rental payment, Maintance, and Deposit protection

1. The first payment of a long-term lease defaults to the deposit + first month’s rental.

The deposit and monthly rental are equal.

Subsequently, the deposit and rental are paid at the beginning of each month.

The payment for short-term rental is: deposit + full rent of short-term rental,

where the short-term rental deposit is equal to the monthly rental amount of the long-term rental of the car.

Special models/extremely long cycles will be discussed separately;

2. Regarding repair and maintenance:

If a fault occurs during normal use, the lessor will be responsible for repair and maintenance;

(by default, free maintenance and repair will be provided in the contracted city).

If the car is damaged due to the renter's fault, it will be repaired(or paied) by the renter.

3. About deposit protection:

When the lease expires,both parties will check the condition of the vehicle in person,

and after confirming that there is no damage, the deposit will be returned in person;

if there is a scratch accident,

the two parties will negotiate and deduct an appropriate amount before returning the remaining deposit.
